A - Thursday 1st April 2010 until Sunday 31st October 2010 Q - What are the Site Fees for 2010 and what do they include? A - Site fees for the 2010 season are £1525 and include the plot rental, electric, water & rates for the entire season Q - Are dogs allowed on Mill Beach? A - Yes. All we ask is that they are kept on leads when out of their plots and supervised at all times. (and cleaned up after, of course!) Q - Can we bring a caravan from another park? A - No, all units on Mill Beach Seaside Resort are purchased through the Main Office (tel - 01621 853539) Q - Are commercial vehicles allowed on the resort? A - No commercial vehicles are not allowed on park, unless otherwise agreed by the Management. Q - Does Mill Beach Seaside Resort hire mobile homes out to the public or cater for touring caravans? A - No, all units on park are privately owned & The Resort does not have the services to provide accomodation for touring caravans. Customers being found to rent out their mobile homes are requested to leave Mill Beach immediately. Q - What amenities are provided on Mill Beach? A - A Members Bar is situated on the Sea Wall, along with a shop, cafe and laundrette and ample car parking...not to mention the natural beach and picturesque River Blackwater, which provide perfect swiming opportunities. Q - Does Mill Beach Seaside Resort have an age limit on mobile homes? A - If the units are in good condition and well maintained there is no pressure to upgrade or purchase a new caravan. Although when a customer decides to sell a caravan that is valued at less than £4500, then the caravan will have to be sold off site, in order to maintain the quality of the units on Mill Beach.
